The client must be at least 18 years of age. Customers under the age of 18 must obtain the attorneys’ permission before the purchase is completed. Orders made in the name of another person without their consent, or in any other way that causes MIM to suffer financial damage, the police report.
\nMIM Construction AB reserves the right for printing errors, errors in information, and errors in specification, for all products and services in MIM’s range of products. VAT and shipping are included at all prices. Public limited companies and organizations are billed on net 30 days after approved credit check. For other forms of business, delivery is made by postal payment or direct payment. In case of late payment, interest on interest is charged at 8% per month from the due date.
\nMIM Construction AB reserves itself for any price changes, incorrect prices and final sales.
\nIn cases where the price of a product is obviously incorrect, this can force MIM to cancel the purchase and repay any paid money in the best way. Cancellation of non-stocked product, purchased specifically for the customer, is not possible. \nDefective products returned to MIM should be treated as if they were defective. In all types of returns it is extremely important that the product is packed in such a way that it does not risk being damaged. Customer pays for shipping to MIM and in case of valid return, MIM pays return shipping. We apply repurchases for companies. This means that MIM Construction AB will accept repurchases within 14 days on a product that MIM holds and whose original packaging has not been broken, or otherwise damaged. Goods where the original packaging has been destroyed, parts are missing and \/ or the product is used is not repurchased.
